What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us, plus basic technical data every website receives.
Contact details you submit in a form: your name, phone number, email address, and the property address you ask about.
Details about your situation that you type in, such as timeline, property condition, or whether the home is in probate.
Usage data: pages viewed, the page that referred you, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type. We use this to see which guides are useful, not to identify you.
How we use it
To call, text, or email you back about the property and options you asked about.
To prepare a cash offer, a listing recommendation, or a guaranteed-sale estimate when you request one.
To improve the guides on this site and fix problems.
To meet legal, licensing, and record-keeping obligations that apply to California real estate licensees.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only when needed to answer your request: for example with a title or escrow company, a probate attorney you ask us to work with, or a buyer or investor partner when you ask us to obtain an offer. Service providers that host this site, store form submissions, or deliver email and text messages process data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for anything else.
Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your property, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of any sale or service. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on a call. Message and data rates may apply.

This site uses a small number of cookies and first-party analytics to count visits and keep the admin area secure. We do not run third-party advertising trackers. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings; the public site will still work.
